Integrate With Your Health App
Once you downloaded the Sporty Doctor App head over to the Explore Section to check out all the workouts and exercises.
Click on any of the Workouts you have access to.
Once you start a workout, you will be prompted to connect your Health app. Follow the steps to give Sporty Doctor access.
If you have a wearable device, you can start a workout session to track your calories and exercise minutes.
Recommended Workout Settings
- Once you start a workout, click on the gear icon in the upper right to select the recommended settings.
- We suggest that you turn on the audio cues
- Turn the exercise whistle off
- Disable exercise prep time.
